Well, he'd be held liable for his own fine I'd hope. And I think he should get the maximum $65K. Of course, he wouldn't pay it anyway, as I'm sure his studio would foot the bill as a production expense.

and certain news sources leaving out information that they likely know, is that propaganda?

I'm sure the State Department will handle Moore if he did violate any laws.
