Good prices, but I can't think of any reason to ever buy an 850W power supply, unless you are trying to do 50% load for max energy efficiency, but even then your system would have to use 425 Watts. You'd probably have to have quad xeon and SLI for that.

If the Dell can take DDR2, this memory should work fine with it. Anymore, puters aren't normally too picky on memory. Now, this memory will be overkill for your system since it can only run at PC5400 speeds...but the memory will automatically slow down. Good luck!
