But for RAM, depending on how many slots you have left (most likely 2) I'd just ditch upgrading via dell, and find some RAM deals online...maybe add another 1-2 gigs depending on whether you want vista???

Processor upgrades on this deal seem to be cheaper than they used to be (I think), only $90 to upgrade to Core 2 Duo E6550 from a plain old Pentium Dual Core.

The other upgrades might be slightly more expensive though, I don't remember it costing $40 just to get a CDRW drive. And their RAM prices are just insane, I hope no one is paying $100 for the 2GB option from Dell!

Nice deal though, good to see they brought it back. Looking past the cost and value of the monitor, you're paying about $250 for a brand new dual core PC with Windows and 1GB (and a warranty). That's at least as cheap as building one yourself.
