Yes, and really the "current" premium is a bundle that includes Marvel and Forza. So you are getting three extra games for $50.

After a few minutes on the phone, we confirmed that it is a NEW Premium 360 with 20Gb HD, Wireless controller, HDMI and bundled Forza2 and Marvel.
