Canon S5 IS for $320....YMMV for getting it for $290 or $280 using competitors coupon @ OD

Just noticed in OD store, they have canon S5 IS for $320 after $80 instant savings, item # 514665. Here is the link - Office Depot [officedepot.com]. Choose store pick up and search for the item # 514665 to see the $320 price. Lowest in google is around $350.

There is a $40 off $200 circuitcity coupon floating around in SD. Using that might bring price down to $280. YMMV on that. There is a bestbuy 10% off any digital camera $279 and up available in the address change package available in any USPS. Using this will bring the price down to around $290. I have successfully used competitors coupon in OD in the past. Using the BB coupon has very high chance of success as it will be an original coupon as compared to the copy of CC coupon from SD.

If someone orders online without using coupon, can add some freebies coupon from Office Depot Coupons, though OD freebies don't worth much.

If you purchase it toggether with Epson CX4700 All-In-One printer/copier/scanner [officedepot.com], you can get the printer free after $70 Rebate [young-america.com]. Copied the printer deal from - this thread

there a few upgrades, but the bottom line is they are both KILLER cameras...if you can get the s3 at a real good price, GO FOR IT... or this one...both awesome

downsides to the s5 are :

the burst mode of the S5 is slower than its predecessor, 1.5 frames per second while the S3 is 2.2 fps.
no longer has the 15 frames per second for VGA movie clip option
no intervalometer

Costco has the D40 for $494, i took a print-out to the HHGregg store and they PM'd me to the Costco price. Awesome camera, loving it!
