My Electric Bill is Retarded (Fine, I corrected it - you damn critics! =D)

Our monthly electrical bill is NEVER under $350, and sometimes upwards of $400.
Is this absurd?
They keep telling us nothing is wrong with our meter.

Can I have your help here? Your electricity rates - just a few appliances you have, and how much your monthly bill is? Something is wrong. They say
there is nothing wrong with our meter either.

I have a medium sized house with central air - and an inground pool which we hardly run the pump on.
I have high cielings, but the house is only 3 bedrooms.
There are 4 people that live in the house.
We are hardly home during the Weekday.
We have a dish washing machine, we have a washer and dryer.
The air is kept around 78 degrees during the summer, and not turned on during the winter.
There is one PC, and 3 laptops in the home, all of which are used frequently.
We have two TV's - a 37 inch LCD, and a 32 inch LCD.
We really only keep one light on (energy efficient) which lights up the entire first floor because of our high cielings.
In one of the bedrooms, there's an xBox 360 with a 5.1 home theatre speaker system.
Granted, there's a lot more stuff in the home we use for electricity.. but those
are the main things.
Our Electrical rates are .0521 for the first 1000kw
and .06 thereafter.
