One thing to look out for on these offers is that many of these banks have changed their "Cash Advance Fee" from a fixed % with a minimum fee of let's say $10 and a maximum of maybe $75, or $90....to a fixed % with a minimum, but with NO maximum.

For example, if you were to advance $10,000, you're looking at a fee of $300 right off the bat.

2nd....that $300 fee will be charged the regular interest rate, 10%, 15%, 20%, etc depending on the card probably. When you make your monthly payments, chances are that your card issuer will apply payments to the Cash Advance first (in this case $10k), while the Cash Advance Fee ($300 in this case) will accrue finance charges at the going rate.

Just something to watch for.
