Meijer B&M 19% off when you sign up for new Meijer credit card 12/28 - 12/30/2007 only

Saw a white photocopied half sheet of paper today at my local Meijer (West Michigan area), advertising an ADDITIONAL 10% off on first purchase (I think it was the whole transaction, not just one item) when signing up for Meijer credit card. Usually they give you 10% off, but 12/28 - 12/30 they are giving an extra 10% off.

Math:
10% x $ = $0.9
10% x $0.9 = $0.81 --> 19% off.

Not sure if this is chainwide or local. I'll try to post a scan of the flyer. It had a barcode on it.

Anyone who sees this, just wait, they run it once-twice a month, anywhere from 10%-20% off (although haven't seen 20% since the August)
