From what I've read, no - both products perform at the same speeds and latencies. They use the same Micron Technology DRAM chips.

I've got 2X1GB Ballistix Tracer and I'm going for more. Dont buy any other brand of high performance DDR2 memory as the best you can hope for are the Micron memory that are inside these (Crucial is a division of Micron).
