This is a team based shooter which can be played both offline vs bots or online vs people.

Even better the cd/dvd version of the game does not use any intrusive or consumer un-friendly copy protection, just a cd check. It does not use nor require steam. There is a separate steam version however, available through the steam client but at the regular price.

No - you can only download the game if it was purchased from steam.

Cool, now I see there is a new demo out and you don't have to install the Steam platform (not that Steam is bad, I like it)

You won't have to activate it all since you bought the actual disk. As far as backing up the disk you'll have to search www.gamecopyworld.com or http://fileforums.com/index.php for ways to make a working copy.

The only reason I have it now is because there was previously a sale on it for $29.99 on steam. My buddy likes playing on my PC so much, he actually threw in for half the cost. Otherwise I'd buy this cheap copy!
