Don't forget the $5 MIR for the A-Data...so $125 ARs

I own this card, bought it last week. You WILL have to change out the fan as it is terribly noisy and annoying. And since it is a 2-pin fan connector you cannot control the rpms. Performance is good. Just bought a second. Trades blows with the 9600GT at low resolutions (ie 1280, 1024).

One more note: the memory is specced to run at 700mhz but XFX overclocks it to 800mhz. Lame that they used the cheapy stuff. Galaxy and EVGA used better memory.

Oh and PS the A-DATA 4gb is slow on the transfer rate, my 3yr old 256mb mp3 player transfers files faster.

damn it's just a 9600GT equivalent that is actually priced like it... Still not a bad deal since for the price of an 8800GT you can get 2 of these in sli. Though if the fan is as bad as you say then it would still be cheaper to get the GT since 3rd party fans are pretty pricy.

Hrm, theory crafting here, but would 2 of these in SLI beat the MSI Geforce 8800GT OC 512?

If they did, you could buy 2 of these, ebay off the 2 4gig flash drives for like $25 each and come out with both cards for around $210 or so, about the same cost as the MSI...

Ebay...

With that much trouble just get the 8800GT, and free up a PCIE slot for future upgrades. I wouldnt want to have to go through all the trouble of following up on multiple rebates and having to ebay a flash card.
