Taco Johns - Receive card w/purchase for a $2 coupon for completing survey
I received this card when I visited Taco Johns the other day. I had to either call the provided number or visit their website. Its similar to Burger King's receipt code.
Step 1: Within 72 hrs of visit, call 877-TJ-WEST-MEX (877-859-3786) or visit www.West-Mex.com.
Step 2: Respond to a brief survey. At the end you will receive a validation code.
Step 3: Write this code in the space provided on the front of the card. Bring the card in on your next visit and enjoy $2 off.
Min purchase of $5.
This only took me a couple minutes. This maybe YMMV.
