there is no minimum. I spent a total of $27 this time for 7 shirts.

Last time I spent $16 for 2 sweaters, a pair of skirt, pair of tights, and a cropped jacket.

It will say shipping is TBD (to be decided), but when you check out, you should see that it says shipping is free. Worked for any amount for me...

Make sure there isn't a space right after the code. It didn't work for me at first, but I deleted the space and it works!
