Once again - Black Edition retail chips do not come with heatsink/fan units so you will have to purchase an aftermarket unit or re-use a modern OEM unit. AMAZING price for a great processor! Probably because the Intel counterparts tear these AMD chips apart when it comes to sheer processing power. Not to start a Intel vs AMD war, since at this price you are getting a decent deal. Just don't assume this chip will perform as well as it's Core2Duo counterpart (as it won't).
