They have proven themselves to be a bunch of idiots. I don't buy from incompetent idiots. Maybe at their bankruptcy sale I would make an exception.

Exactly. Would you re-hire an employee who walked off the job? Not me. And yes I did act fast. I ordered and it said it was in stock and it said it would be ready soon for pickup. Then I waited and waited and waited for the email saying I could pick it up. Then a week later I get the so sorry we are dumb a##s email. In the world of modern computing and databases how exactly do you sell more then you have. If your programmers are too stupid to program your system to check and update inventory in real time then hire a consultant. There is only way to wage war against corporate pricks and that is vote with your pocket book. Enough people do that and eventually brick by brick the corporate losers tumble in to bankruptcy. From what I have seen of Sears and Kmart they have been doing a great job of flushing their company down the drain one flush at a time.

Could it be that the one taking inventory and input such inventory into the system could have been a long lost relative of mine that has dyslexia? I suppose the entire multi-billion dollar nationwide company should go broke then.
