DEAD New Apple 16GB iPod Touch MA627LL/A $299 + $6.99 Shipping from NewEgg

NewEgg [newegg.com] has the 16GB iPod Touch MA627LL/A $299 plus $6.99 3-day shipping (total=$305.99).
There is nothing in the description or specifications that indicate this is a refurb.
EDIT: Yes, I realize you might be able to get this for slightly cheaper off of eBay with the Live 25% cash back. But this is for a new iPod from one of the top rated internet retailers in the world. Their price is >$75 cheaper than Amazon's (probably the top internet retailer around).
You can buy the iPhone 2.0 software upgrade for the iPod touch for $9.99 from Apple. This upgrade includes the $20 January software update.
Total cost: $299 + $6.99 + $9.99= $315.98
Adjusting for shipping, this is $33 cheaper than the B&H Photo price.
