The 60gb pro is only 349.99 plus has new 65nm processor... (runs cooler and quieter)... something to consider... I don't think that the elites have the 65nm processors... but I may very-well be mistaken.

you are mistaken... 65nm has been in the 360's for about a year now.... we're waiting on 65nm gpu now, and even that has NOT been confirmed in the 60gb units.

plenty of 65mn cpu info if you google "falcon"

and since this bundle is the holiday bundle from last year, i'd say a falcon (65nm cpu) is almost guaranteed.

It should also have an hdmi cable in the box.

All the elites are 65nm CPU and have a lower capacity psu.

The only thing I'd watch out for with this deal is that the games bundle came out last christmas so these units are at least 7 months old. I don't think that MS have made any design changes since then, but it's worth considering.

Cool I am in the market for another 360. My only prerequisite is that it comes with a flashable drive. What is Dell's return policy on these?

According to this database: http://www.360drives.com, most Elites have the Benq which is flashable. The Liteon started going into full production in april/may of this year. So if the build date is previous to that they most likely have the Benq

actually the "benq" in the elite is the Phillips-Benq-Lite-on, so my statement was correct, but i was not under the impression that april/may started with a Lite-on drive that wasn't in collaboration with Benq (i'm not a dirty thief or a "hacker").

if the Benq can be flashed how you want it, you'll be safe, as i said before these are holiday bundles (which of course is before april/may)

but if you want to check (and keep the warranty), pull off the faceplate, and under the right side of the tray there is a hole, you should be able to see wires.... white = old benq/liteon, yellow = liteon
