Wow I can't believe it. I just bought the Officejet 6310 for 80 a week ago. Think I can return it and buy this?

So i I'm reading correctly...the 6310 can bee hooked up to your wireless network and used wirelessly as long as it his hardwired to the network?

Bought it 6 days ago from the 24hour promotion. Still have the item in original packaging. I bought for $80 + tax, $85.79 total.
