Both the OCZ and EVGA promitional #s are the same...

Yeah, OCZ & eVGA often use the same rebate ID#s for a variety of products they are offering on the same dates. As long as you aren't buying any of the same exact PRODUCT #s twice, you'll be fine. I've ordered plenty of OCZ ram that had the same rebate offer # but was different products and gotten everything just fine.

Not a problem since newegg ships pretty quickly (I'm in CA). I bought this RAM a month ago and sent the rebate in with a few days to spare. OCZ sent me a confirm received email in a few days later too...

This price is outstanding and $9 less than what I paid. The sticks look cool too with built-in heatsinks...

i agree. I just bought the OCZ Vanquisher cooler for $10, plus shipping, with a $8 rebate. The real problem was that MicroCenter delayed my shipment. I ordered on 8-7 shipped on 8-18. with the 12 day rebate deadline. not even 14 days. I shipped out the rebate anyways, hopefully they will understand. any suggestions on this rebate deal where the seller is out of stock and delays shipment after purchase?
