430W is way more than adequate for that configuration - I recommend everyone use this power supply calculator for a reasonably precice calculation of necessary capacity:

I ran your data and you are only going to consume around 207W for that configuration (calculator builds in a safety factor). Note that you will want to verify the amperage on the +12v, +5v and +3.3v rails are sufficient for your CPU/Video Card. Generally the video adapter is the weak link here pulling from the +12v rail, so I generally do a total wattage calculation and then check the specifications on the video card to assure I have a good safety factor on the 12v rail of the power supply.
