Just bought this on Saturday at $119.99 and called creative to see if they would adjust the price or cancel my order...they will do neither. Thanks for the heads up though...still for $120 it's a good player...too bad creative isn't very customer friendly regarding refurbs.

I got it for that price too a month back when it was finally available. Excellent player.

I use Windows Media Player to transfer stuff to it so I don't need to install any other software.

kiiiiinda. sometimes it works that way and sometimes it wont recognize the device. Mine worked that way for a very long time then suddenly one day it stopped doing that and just didnt recognize even if i installed the software that came with it. A good way to fix it is to install some MTP driver. I don't remember where mine is or where I got it from though. Will need to go check it out just in case i die of frustration. Apart from that, EXCELLENT player

Yes you can use it as a flash drive. theres a setting in the player that lets you use up to 16gb of the player as a jump drive.

Dragging and dropping files via Windows Explorer is the only way I add music to my player and it's never failed me
