According to the link, the hard floor tool only fits the following model and the model you listed is DC15.

Fits DC07, DC14, DC17.

There is No Way in Hell i will pay $245.00 for a Vacuum, I will use a broom

"Extra lifetime filter" is it just me is that kinda funny. Thats enough filter to last me two lifetimes! (I wonder if I could leave one in my will for my kids)

Yeah, I can't find the link for the DC15, but the desc. says it comes with one, and if it doesn't...well that equates to an Amazon call for 15% off

So now, when your filter needs to be washed, you can have your wife wash the filter while you slip in your "extra lifetime filter" and seamlessly go about vacuuming! Think about it man! You'll never be stuck saying "OMG I CAN'T VACUUM It's been six months and I forgot to wash the filter!!!" Come on, we all know what that's like!

Oh yeah, and what if you die tomorrow? Your filter's lifetime warranty is only good for the purchaser's life, who will take care of your wife and children? ... Extra lifetime filter, thats who!

I got in on the $200 refurb deal for the DC14 and, as much as I hate paying so much for a vacuum of all things, it's definitely been worth it. Amazing how much shiznit that baby pulls out of the carpet!
