According to CS rep, all To-Go phones include 10 minute starter airtime (not $10, as in the past). For this deal, the $25 bonus card is packaged with the phone.

The form now includes this verbiage:

(T-Mobile.com is specifically included). So they should no longer be denying the rebates due to "unqualified selling point."

Rebate terms:

• Purchase Between September 1, 2008 & September 30, 2008
• Postmark by October 31, 2008
• Send rebate form, photocopy of proof of purchase with date, ORIGINAL SKU sticker panel cut from the side of the handset package

Beware: Although the $30 rebate permits up to 5 redemptions per household/address (one per phone), T-Mobile will only process orders for 2 phones to the same address per year.

They're paying the rebate via a $30 Visa gift card. The form specifically says you can exchange the card for cash at "any Visa member bank."
