This one is compliments from alurker from BS. I have also added my suggestions
1.) Circuit City has the Sony Dual 8x Dual Format DRU530a Drive for ONLY $179.99 (This is a price mistake!) These drives sell right now for over $250+.
2.) Staples also has the same drive for $249.98. Use a $30 off $150 coupon to bring the total to $219.98 + tax.

3.) After placing the Staples.com order, call up Staples CSR at 1-800-3STAPLE and request a PM to Circuit City. Note: They will only do this if the item is in stock at both stores! You may have some available in your area, but that didn't work for me, so use an Amex card with BVG.

ONLY For Amex Business, Costco users with Best Value Guarantee, call them up at 1-800-557-8317 to request a PM. Ask for mailing address/fax and Claim #.
1. Either fax or mail them a copy of your receipt, advertisement of the lower price and the claim number. You will get back to "difference" of what you paid in a check or credit to your Amex card.
Total $249.98 - BVG $69.99 - $30 Staples Coupon - $30 mail in rebate = "$119.99" for Sony 8x burner!
****Remember that Amex BVG for Costco ends 12/31/03 and will only be available for Amex Business Platinum and Ceredian. Good time to finally use the best value guarantee!
