GACTV Superfan points
 

GAC TV has a "Superfan" website that you can earn points that can be redeemed for various freebies. Registration is free and it doesn't cost anything to redeem points. I've been doing this for a while and have cashed out for several items (Cap, T-shirts, mugs, keyrings, etc.) If you check the site daily it doesn't take that long to earn enough points. If you want, you can also use the points to enter contests.

The points are pretty easy to earn by answering surveys, trivia questions (easily found by wikipedia or google and muliple choice can be guessed until you get it right), clicking featured links, & bonus codes given out on GAC. During racing season, you can also earn points by picking race results and occasionally other pick the winner opportunities.
To earn the most points, check the site daily, new surveys & trivia are added often & the links can be clicked everyday.

Note: Sign up soon, starting 1-30-09 @ 6pm (est) they are having a "Superfan weekend" with lots of bonus codes and trivia questions and new trade-in items. They did a superfan weekend last month and I got a couple million points and cashed in for a big box of goodies.
Superfan weekend runs Friday 6pm-2am, Saturday 10am-2am, Sunday 10am-6pm (eastern times)

Looks like there will be a "Superfan Weekend" March 26-28, 2010. Starts at 6pm (est) Friday.

Hopefully we can all share codes and trivia answers here as well.

Answers to daily trivia questions can be found relatively easy in this thread by going to the very last post and reading posts in reverse order. You shouldn't have to read back too far to find what you are looking for.
Weekly trivia questions usually appear on GAC every Monday, answers are posted here on the same day. To find these answers simply scroll through the thread until you find posts made on the past Monday's date (date appears in the upper left corner of each post in the blue bar).

I joined this back when it first started. I've got several things from them by redeeming my points, but I have never won a so called "prize". I think I just wasted my points.

Things I redeemed for:

Gac hat, game on tshirt, gac tshirt, 2 gac star keychains, caribean keychain, frisbee, bag clip, can hugger

that's all I can think of right now.

Nothing wrong with 108 when it is a dry 108. Here in Florida it is so HUMID that I cant go outside without feeling like I just stepped out of a shower. So I just stay in side and enjoy the air conditioner. I lived in California for 40 years and I loved the summer months and the cool of the winter. But most of all I enjoyed going up to the Sierra's and hiking and fishing on weekends. So JA_RAT enjoy the arid climate, you could have it as bad as it is here. CowboyDave

I used the CD/DVD opener on 2 of my CD's I got in the package and opening a CD will never be the same agaiN! that thing saved my life! It cuts right through without damaging the case!!

Are you signed up to be a GAC Superfan? If so, log in, and where you see "Get Points", click there and answer the questions. As you can see by this forum you have many helpers that search for the daily answers and post to this forum.
Once a month or so GAC holds a Superfan Week-end with a particular country artist. This is the week-end that you can rack up mega points. You can then bid on an item, which you can do any day of the month or you can "buy" items with the points you have accumulated. You will need many points to "buy with".

You're welcome. Yes, I used the opener gadget to open the new CD... Works great! I have always had a hard time opening cd's and dvd's.

I have to agree with ericcartman: the seat cushion is a joke. You would need many of these to be a cushion. I suppose it would help keep your derriere dry if you sat on it :)

WHAT T-shirt did you get? I received two different ones and had NO problem...

I bet it's the same one I got - the pink ladies T-shirt with the brown piping. I haven't tried mine on because I knew it wouldn't fit when I saw it. The XL is 14 inches from shoulder to shoulder and 22 inches from neck to tail. At best it could probably fit a prepubescent teen. Oh well. I have a different one coming too. Hopefully that one will fit.

They had a "Superfan weekend" June 19-21. There were items up that we could "trade in" points for (not the contests). It took them a few weeks to send out the items.
Personally, I don't enter the contests, I'll wait for "trade in" items.

Yes, they will offer items again, usually not until a super fan weekend, so stock up on points until then, and you can get different items. I received my polo shirt this week, still waiting on a t-shirt though.

Should I feel strange, that I made 2 accounts, filled everything out since yesterday and updated them today where there's nothing left to get points for, and for some reason, one account totals to be

While the other is

Where's the missing 600 points? I double checked and there's nothing else to fill out...is this a error or something?

Did you click the featured links on one account and not the other? That would do it - 3 links X 200 points each = 600.

I think you are right, it's the featured links. I will double check that.

One account PER PERSON, if there are 2 people in the same household they can each have an account, but each person one account only.
