so is this something every VIB should be receiving in the mail, or just randomly? I know with Victoria's Secret, even if you're their Angels VIP, anything they send you in the mail (coupons and whatnot) are random which so retarded >.< at least with VIB you need to have spent a certain amount that year, so hopefully they send it to everyone...

Sephora has always been pretty consistent with mailing coupons to their VIB's (atleast for me) ... I've gotten all of the promotions in recent memory.

it may take a few days but if you call and leave a message, they should make it right...but MAKE sure you were charged for it. check your bank statement not the confirmation...sometimes things go oos faster than the site can keep up with..also is it a purchase item or a sample?
