Some of you may have downloaded UO's periodic free LSTN in the past... well LSTN#7 and LSTN#8 are available now! Beware as they may stop offering it anytime (LSTN#6 was set to expire on 1/31)

For those of you who haven't downloaded their LSTN's in the past, it's a nice blend of various up-and-coming artists. A bunch of gems from The Walkmen, Lykke Li, Peter,Bjorn and John, Miike Snow etc etc were featured on past LSTN's.

I guess the artists I mentioned are still mostly unheard of, but their concerts are always sold out here in NYC. Anyway, you may discover a few artists you really like! (really like The Xx on LSTN#7)

LSTN #1-4 are downloaded directly from the site, quality ranges from 128kbps CBR to 256kbps VBR
LSTN #5-6 are expired
LSTN #7-8 are downloaded thru itunes

When I click on "download from iTunes" I get a box saying this link needs an application to open. I select iTunes and then it says it's not a valid application. Never encountered this before.

i used firefox 3.5.6 and allowed itunes to open, and then it starts downloading automatically.
