I just printed out a $3/2 Right Guard coupon today but I cant remember where! Unless it has been pulled.

Need to ask my manager our expired coupon policy again. I never had a chance to use the $5 Schick Hydro coupons!

If your store turns on the next week's sale early, the Gillette/Old Spice BW will be a $1 MM. It's on sale the week of 6/6 for $3.

Does it work that way? The opposite way didn't work a week ago.

I bought Crest that had extra care bucks on the current week and the next week it was at a discounted price. No ECBs printed and I had to get them printed by CVS corporate.

The way I understand it is that the system picks the best price for you (irrespective of ECBs).

In the Crest case, the next week's sales price was better than the sales price of the current week (not accounting for the ECBs that would have made it less) so that's why the ECB didn't print.

I think buying the BW at the current week's $3 price and getting the next week's $4 ECB should work. If not, stores that turn on their sales early usually have the sales tag up too so you could always get the $4 ECB that way too.

If mrs. floyd's around, she could probably answer this better than me.

Maybe it was coupons.com? Unfortunately, I've reached my print limit.

Thanks for the confidence, but I actually have not been able to do a lot of double-dipping lately (I end up having to take my 2.5 year old AND the new 7 week old with me when I go shopping UNLESS I go on the specific day during the week that my older kiddo is in preschool) - SO to make a long story short I am a little rusty when it comes to double-dipping rules since Saturday is usually not a viable shopping day for me anymore. Sorry. :) However you are correct that if it does not print automatically (which I'm not sure if it normally does or not under this circumstance) that if the tag is up you can at least get them to print it manually.

These are terrible! Like tissue paper. I wouldn't pay $.10 for them.

It might be a good idea to do the deals on Saturday and do the week of 6/6 old spice or gillette deodarant and body wash on the saturday before the 6/13 dels. Use the b1 deodarant get body wash free and get 4 for the body wash and $1 for deodorant. There might be other coupons to go with these two maybe.

Just a heads up.. right now in Wags there is a tearpad at Cosmetics for $1 off 1 of these :)

It will be just like the crest deal you will get the $3 sale price and no ECB. The computer only recognizes the price and the $3 is cheaper so that is the price you will get. The store will probably issue the ECB if the signs are up, but it will be for the $3. On the crest deal they actually returned the TP and rerang them at the higher price to issue the ECB. I am 99.9% sure we will not get overage on this deal. HTH

Also, for those that still have the $5 schick hydro coupon it expires on the 12th so if your store turns the ad on early you can get those coupons used up on the expiration date.

Is the gillette pro glide razor deal going to work out the same as the last schick razor deal, where it's in the weekly ad for 3 or more consecutive weeks as limit 1 per week, but in reality is a limit of 2 for the entire month? i checked the offer #'s on the schick deal last time, they were different each week, so that info won't reveal cvs' hidden agenda on this gillette deal. in my opinion, it is outright fraud for a retailer to advertise an item each week for 3 or more weeks when they know it won't work as advertised if someone goes in each week it's in the ad and buys it. if they advertise it 3 weeks in a row, the limit must be 1 per week as advertised, or cvs is cheating customers by advertising a promo they have no intention of honoring.

Well the limit for this week (6-6 to 6-12) is 2, not 1 as advertised. So lets hope its different this time :)

The fact that the limit is 2 instead of 1 for the week leads me to believe that Edxzxz's fear will most likely come to fruition and you will be maxed out at 2 for the rest of the month. Hopefully this isn't the case.

My friendly manager will manually print the ECB as long as I bring it to his attention prior to leaving the store :) Actually, the manual printed ECB is more valuable because it cuts into tax :woot:

We have not had a CVS for very long in my area and I am a newbie, so I have a question. One deal for this week is:

Considering it will be free after coupon, it doesn't matter. But it will be $4 nonetheless :)

The reason I asked is sometimes cashiers will deduct the lower price rather than the higher price when I use BOGO coupons.

Oh, that would really stink - but no worries in this case.

It has been mentioned that the limit is really 2. This is most likely a monthly limit, but I can't say for certain.

I was going to do the cereal, but my local grocery store has a great deal, so I'm using all my coupons there. But I have ECB expiring, so I guess I will use it on the sunglasses.

Unless it is free at your local grocery store, it is not a great deal. You aren't spending cash if you use ecb's.

Well, after coupon, it's $.50/box at my store.

If I buy at CVS, it's $10 for 3, less $3 in coupons & $4 in ECB, so $3 or $1/box. Granted, it does eat up/roll $7 in ECB, so I'll have to decide if that's worth it.

Around here, Albertsons LLC periodically has cereal deals in which I get tons of cereal for free or nearly free.

Target also has great cereal deals now and again.

I haven't done any of the cereal deals for a while at CVS because I've been getting better deals on it elsewhere.

Is it just me or are the Old Spice Buy Deodorant get Body Wash coupons for the fresh collection deodorants only? They say that, but have they worked for other Old Spice deodorants in the past?

If it as the coupon says, those deodorants are $5 and you would be better off combining the Gillette $2 Deodorant coupon and the buy Gillette Deodorant get Body Wash free.

Let me know if the OS coupons have worked on the cheaper OS deodorants, then we're in business.

each bodywash will ring up as $4... the limit 1 simply means that you will only get ECB for one of them as in the deal is only valid once per card.

so, the way your transaction would price out if this is all you bought:

OS Body Wash $4

Total: $8 + tax
- $4 OS Body Wash BOGO Q = $4 + tax
- $2 Body Wash CRT = $2 + tax
Get back 4 ECB

after tax is factored in, it would be a $1.xx moneymaker

I have the old Schick coupons, hopefully my store will turn deals on Saturday evening like they always do.

Body Washes are apparently limited to one this time around but it might actually be two despite saying one.

They have worked on other types in the past at WAGS, but my cashier this week was reading the fine print "equal or lesser value", so she would only take off up to the amount of the less expensive item; I stuck to the more expensive Fresh Collection. Besides, now they are required to make sure we purchase exactly what the q calls for. The Fresh Collection sells really well at my GS @ $2.

There are CRTs out there for $2 off any $6 BW or bar soap purchase. I got them at the scanner.

Since I'm new to CVSing, I have a question:

It will depend on your cashier. The system should allow it and my stores let me as long as I meet the total of the 2 combine, but the coupons actually say cannot be combine with any other coupon that offers money off a purchase. So if they want to be problematic they can. HTH

I have so many ECB expiring next week that I probably have to do at least 4 transactions on Sunday with the $4/20 coupon. If I go around to different stores, will I be able to do it or will the coupon eventually be rejected? It beeps everytime for me (even when I receive it in my email), but cashiers usually push it through.

I can confirm that Revlon is limit one. Can also confirm that the 6/6 week $3 sale price for the Old Spice bw overrides the 6/13 $4 deal, so no ECB unless you can get a manual print. Can also reconfirm that John Frieda appears to be more than three. My receipt now says amount towards $30, amount needed $10. No more Q's for me, and no more product at my store...time for a raincheck :)

If your store takes expired coupons, there was a CVS email Colgate pro clinical coupon for $1 off expired 5/30/10. This coupon should not beep till 6/14/10. This coupon can be combined with manufacturer coupon.

What is the cheapest Gillette deodorant/antiperspirant? Walgreen had a similar deal a few weeks ago and the best deal then was to buy a Gillette deodorant and a Gillette bodywash, and use two coupons - one which made the bodywash free, and the other which was $2 off the deodorant. The coupons expire on June 30th and appeared in a redplum (can't remember the date).

I think at that time the mods ruled that the coupons were worded such that both coupons could be used.

I didn't even have to worry about it, my store was out of the correct deodorant so I got a rain check and I will just do it next week when they have both items and do the deal properly.

I was going to get the glasses today, but they were all super expensive.. Most of the adult ones were 15.00-18.00 each. The ad said psa 5.99 but I couldn't even find a kids pair cheaper than 6.99.

I checked on the glasses too. I only found one pair that was $5.99 and it was a transformers pair that I had got last year.

I did the deal for my kids. Got two pair that were 6.99 each. What I don't get is why the limit is two on this sale and one on sunscreen. I need sunscreen much more than 4 pairs of sunglasses!!! :)

I signed up 2 of my cards for the diabetes program and one of the cards got the weird ECB. So sign up! Might get lucky!

The card that got the ECB was signed up in the store by scanning the pamphlet.

The large bottles are on ecb this week 5.99 with 2 extra bucks and in the ad.. My store also had new tags up for last weeks pantene deal 2/6.97 with 2 extra bucks.. same tag, new dates for this week, although it isn't in the ad.. Cashier told me she thinks it is a monthly deal. So, I think if you already did the deal, it won't let you do it again.

There should be pamphlets near the pharmacy. There should also be displays near the vitamins with a tearpad. You just scan the barcode with your card to sign up.

Had an okay run tonight. Northern California does NOT have the Gillette BW deal. I scanned & it showed $3, which we knew from this week, but then the friendly cashier let me have his tomorrow ad & it's not there :( Boo hoo!!! If it's any consolation, eggs are on sale $.88/dozen ;)

If anyone is going for the acnefree ecbs, look for $1 off any full-sized acnefree item coupons in the CVS store. I found them attached to a display that held trial sized acnefree products in the aisle with the deodorant.

Is it possible some are not getting the Gillette ebc printed because they did the deal last week and it is a monthly deal? Does it say on the bottom of your receipt that your limit has been reached?

The Gillette razor IS A MONTHLY DEAL!!! You can only do it 2 times total, and you will have a hard time getting the ECBs manually printed, when your reciept says "Offer limit reached!":(

so what does your receipt say now for gillette proglide, that you bought 2 and limit is reached, or that you bought 1 and limit is reached? did the ecb print for it? i saw someone else on another board say they bought 2 over the past 2 weeks, got another one today, and got no ecb's.
this is seriously bs for cvs to advertise something 3 weeks in a row as limit 1, if they know full well you can only buy 2 and get the advertised ecb's. for them to pull this same crap (hydro deal last month went the same way) is nuts. some state consumer fraud agency, or many of them, will hammer them ruthlessly for this crap.

Yes, the gillette/old spice is limit 2. Also, for the Revlon, the tools do not count (bought a tweezer). All the makeup counts, though.

Awesome that the BW is limit 2! This is one of the times I wish they would only let you do 1 transaction at a time though! Two 4ECB way easier to spend than 8ECB! Easier to use up the B1G1 coupons too! Oh well. Complaining about free money.

If you have one BOGO coupon, you should get two, pay $4, and get back $8 ECBs ($4 MM). Or if you have two BOGO coupons, and can use the extra free body wash, you certainly could buy four total, use two BOGO coupons, pay $8, and get $8 ECBs back. The beauty is that it is good for Old Spice or Gillette body wash, and there are BOGO coupons for both, so there should be plenty in the store. Don't forget to use your $2/$6 body wash CRT if you got one!

1. You can say "delete"

You should probably check endcaps. I found none in the aisle, but there was an entire endcap display of both bodywashes.

Also, you can ask to see if they have it in stock in the back room.

Finally, you can get a raincheck, and then when it is back in stock, they will adjust the price, and print your ECB manually.
