this is also good cold. i bought the premium plain flavor last year and loved it. it's not meant for this purpose but i have also used it for baking in a pinch.

I remember getting this last year. I still haven't finished it all. :) I got the Chocolate Mocha and I felt that the taste has a bit of a chalky texture, if that's the right word to describe it. It's negligible though, as I still drink it occasionally. Maybe I should try it with coffee sometime. Oh, and the expiration date on mine is 10/31/11.
