Since this is an online account, what methods can you use to move the $100 over? I think paypal was one of them, but what are the other options?

I'll take this offer. Bank of America has no presence in Minnesota. This offer IS better then the $100 deposited offer IMHO, if done correctly you get 2.5 times more money from Bank of America.
