Last time they had a Lamisilk deal, remember that the Lamisil coupons worked fine on those? If that is true this time, buy two of the less expensive Lamisil items ($7.99 for the foot scrub, I think), use two of the $5 Lamisil coupons. So that's $15.98 of your $20, minus $10 in coupons. Then add on your Excedrin at $4.49, use your $1 coupon and it works out like this:

15.98 + 4.49 = 20.47 - 5.00 - 5.00 - 1.00 = 9.47 with a $15 ecb, or $5.53 profit
I just recalled this and went to cvs.com and search for Lamisilk and found:
Lamisilk Cleanse Exfoliating Scrub 6 OZ for $6.49.

I think that was what I bought the last time. So I am thinking getting 3 of them.
3 * $6.49 + $4.49 = $23.96 - $15 (3 $5 mfr coupon) - $1 = $7.96 ===> $15 ecb - $7.96 = $7.04 profit.

Yes, that's good. Here's the link to the online coupons, but I'll warn you, they print VERY slowly, and I think you may be limited to printing two of each coupon per computer.

Anyway, here's the link...

great deal

Remember that the coupons say Lamisil so the cashier could potentially give you a problem with them (I had one who didn't want to try to scan it but finally did). There was also a $5 off coupon in SS on 6/3 - I hope it will work for the scrub like the printable did since I already maxed out on those.

I reached my limit and no longer print the $5 coupon. But I found one from the 6/3 ss and then I got 2 of those in store (those that come with both $5 and $3 coupons).

So if you head to cvs again this week, look for those coupons around the Lamisil area. I found mine lying next to some products.

I tried to print on both IE and firefox and both said I reached my limit. But then I tried netscape and I could print 2 there!!!

here's a good deal for diapers.

buy 4 huggies at 9.00 = 36

- 5/30
-4/20
-$2 printable cpn from here: http://www.pull-ups.com/na/specia...coupon.asp
-$2 printable
-$2 printable
-$2 printable
total in cpns= 17

so 36-17= 19, so pay 19 bucks and get back 15 bucks. so it will cost you $4 in the end. but you can add on another $4 4/20 and you'll be even. hope this helps cause i dont know the prices of the rest of the things.

Sure if that is all you buy. I am going to try using 2 $10 off $50, 2 $5 off $30 and 2 $4 off $20. On top of that, I will also try to use some of the ecb expiring next week.

I'll be the voice of dissent. I can't stand having 2 threads. Since there is valuable information in each one, I now need to read 2 and several people post the exact same thing in both threads. Before this, I probably only looked of the Deal Discussion threads once or twice a year. There I said it, I've silently been thinking it since the second thread started.
I agree. Especially now. With kma here, it was organized. So having 2 threads DID make sense. One was all organized by her with deals, the other was our talk. Now, without kma, while many others are helping to get the deals listed, its not so organized. There's no real "voice of reason". So we basically have a minimum of 2 threads. all our chatty. some has bits of deals sprinkled in. Basically, I have to always go on top and search "cvs" to see what the threads are. It can be "7/8 preview thread", "7/8 free stuff threadS", "7/8 deal discussion thread", etc. Its crazy.

If we're scattered and not organized, it should be "CVS 7/8 thread" and contain everything pertaining to that week. ads, discussion, free stuff, whatever. Bc with these multiple threads, they're not much different.

That's just my 2 cents. I didn't go for the idea of 2 threads originally, but then when I saw briefly how it works, I was 'okay' with it. One had deals, one had talk. But with both having a strange odd mixture, and I have to check both, its kind of pointless.

Again, that's just my thoughts. everyone is entitled to their own.

I agree with you goldmoney, this is very confusing and time consuming. If there were only 2 threads it would be fine but as such there are way too many, with much repetition in all of them. I guess there's not much hope that we can get people to read the threads before asking the same questions over and over again, no matter how many threads there are. only my thoughts

are there really 3 of the 7/8 threads? If so, I'm missing one...I thought it was 2 per week.

No, I don't think so. I think the problem she's pointing out is that everyone is calling the threads different things. I do think 2 per week can be confusing when there is no standardized 'title' to them. To me, 7/8 Ad and 7/8 Discussion would be great. But then those who are the Op, opening the various threads, are naming them different stuff.

I agree too that all these threads is hard. Its too much to keep track off and waaaay too many to read through! Of course, I keep reading through them all anyway
