Here's how the deal works. Starting 7/29, you get $20 off any 2 Xbox Live accessories. The point cards are considered accessories.
The XBOX 360 LIVE 1600 Points Card is $19.99. If you buy 2 of them, you get $20 off of your total ($39.98), so 2 1600 points cards are ~$20 after the discount.
According to speedy1961's post at CAG, the "XBOX 360 LIVE 12 Month Gold Subscription Card (includes 1 free month)" is also counted as an accessory, so you could grab on of those and one of the points cards and the points card would essentially be free.
(attached is a scan of that page in the upcoming ad) 90k5
This ad (atleast at my CC) is said to be a mis-print. Act fast or you may be out of luck!
Target, Toys R Us, Fye don't pricematch. Walmart is YMMV because they don't match 'gimmick" ads
