I've shopped there for years. Only once did I have a problem (wrong item in box), but they sent out the replacement with one call. I've talked with them on the phone twice about different computer items and they always help out. All of my case fans, vid card coolers, cables, fan controllers (among other things) are from them.

They get Thumbs up!!! and also, I have this fan controller, just haven't installed it in my server yet.

Looks like the shipping is going to be about $8.
I added on a bunch of cables, some lil' heatsinks, and some arctic silver thermal compound and shipping was only a tiny bit more...

I bought 3 of these a while back and there are ok , the lcd is super hard to read if you are straight on with the computer

if you are at a angle looking down its ok to read

also dont like that if nothing is hooked up to the panel it will read 0000 rather then nothing
for me this turned into me buying all new fans with rpm. this is also true with the temp reading i have one spot not filled in and this reads 00

just looks like something is not working with readings of 0000 and this just hurts the overall look im going for with my CPU
