They really must want rid of this... it started at $99.99 on 05/09, went to $79.99 and now $69.99 w/ $40 rebate!! I had to RMA some I purchased at $99.99 as they would not allow adjustment and re-purchased for $79.99. Called this morning and was allowed an adjustment to $69.99 as the second shipment hasn't been delivered yet. They had better not go any lower

No. But since it's free shipping, place 2 separate orders with Frys and use 2 different address for REBATE with OCZ.

Make sure that there is only one rebate submission per envelope.

Great price for great ram. I have the PC2-6400 version of this ram and it runs fine at 4-4-4-15 1000MHz 2.2V. The only thing holding me back from buying is that stupid 10 day stipulation. Not worth the hassle or extra $40 if there are delays and I miss the deadline.

Yeah, I noticed that fine print and 10 days is very tight. I ordered it and made sure to ship it to me at work to minimalize shipping shenanigans. A pleasant suprise: The drop-shipper is located in Ohio so I had them in my hands within 48 hours of ordering. Rebate was in the mail 5 minutes later. Phew! Nice looking RAM. Wish I had time to test it before I sent in the rebate but oh well.
