i like weezer but i personally don't really like this album. i like the 1st blue album better.

Agreed (although I changed your original quote in order to do so).

It is definitely one of my favorites of all time, though. Blue is up there as well, but I don't enjoy it quite as much. Nothing post-Pinkerton comes close to either.

What happened to Weezer? Everyone needs to listen to this album. Especially if all you know is American Idol and/or local "rock" radio stations.

They have a new album coming out really soon. Their new single "Pork and Beans" is #1 on the Modern Rock charts.

Never cared much for this album. Very different Weezer album. It has a couple good tracks but nothing similar to the blue album. New cd comes out in a couple weeks.

this album along with the blue album put weezer on the math, and since pinkerton, they've pretty much sucked. the weezer you've been hearing from the green album and beyond are frauds. pinkerton for 1.99 is sweet and well worth it.

I bought this CD 12 years ago when it first came out. Pinkerton's Security sued to try and keep Weezer from using the name, but it was thrown out of court. I could have sworn the album cover was originally different, but can't find it now.

Pinkerton is my favorite album of all time. It's too bad Weezer has gone downhill since then. Rivers needs to stop catering to the masses and make the music he wants to make. =\/\/=
