good price, just know the sound will only be so so on these. good for the price. Many gamers have moved away from headsets marketed as gaming and gotten audiophile rated headphones and picked up a separate mic.

Yeah but we're talking $20. Hard to get close to that with audiophile headphones + mic setups.

I have had Sennheiser headphones for a couple years now and love them but they're getting worn in. The Fatal1ty get good reviews for gaming sound though from people who own Sennheiser or higher quality ones (note the bad reviews typically say these aren't great for music - just gaming). If you're looking for a gaming headset w/mic these seem like a pretty good choice.

I bought these for 40 from buy.com. the mic is excellent. agreed audio quality is not the greatest. at half that price, i would not hesitate.

and I agree at 100 these were overpriced. at 20, they are a steal.
