COUPON WORKS IN-STORE FOR ONLINE OOS ITEMS (WITH A TWIST)
I was able to use the coupon twice at two separate stores. The twist for Staples manager allow you to use it without the actual coupon is to have a GIFT CARD or CASH CARD because these cards cannot be used ONLINE or over the PHONE.
The first thing I did upon entering the store to ask for the manager. I told them about "the coupon for $25 off I saw on their front page but is supposed to only work online". Then I showed them my cash card and told them I was told by a CSR on the phone to ask the manager for approval to use it instore. The first manager called their store support (corporate?) for approval. They told them to allow me to use it. The second manager at the second store just allowed me to use it without batting an eye after I told them the problem.
I had to go to two separate stores because the first store would not let me use the coupon twice for two separate transactions. I got Kaspersky + a filler item at the first store. At the second store I got the Seagate 500 GB drive.
