does the MS live cashback thingy work ?? I have used it on a few things I bought , have'nt seen a penny yet . Atleast on FW they email you that there is a pending CB

I jumped on this to get myself second Vudu box. There was one BIN auction for $215 (+17.95 S&H), so the math worked out like this:

Item: $215.00 + 17.95 + 1.30 (ins) = $234.25
Cashback: $75.25 (0.35 x 215)
Total: $159.00
Savings over retail: $140

Not really working for me. I don't know what I'm suppose to click on and I dont' see a Cash Back icon anywhere.

Edit : I just realized slickdeals adds a referral string before the URL so you need to copy and paste, then remove the slickdeals part. Kinda sucky. Maybe someone should post a suggestion to remove it (if it hasn't been done already, not going to bother checking).

I'll second that. I used it for two purchases, and nothing has shown up yet, it was a couple weeks ago. Their FAQ says a couple days... I haven't used it since.

When you check out, there's a "Microsoft cashback" icon and to the right is the amount saved -- "US 75.25" in my case.

I have everything printed out, so if nothing is showng up as pendin in my account after a week, I'll do what FAQ says (see below). If nothing happens, it's off to BBB I go.
