if you plan to build in august then i would hold off. even if you buy now all you'd have is just a videocard you can't use. buy everything at once.

Yeah definitely hold off. If you want this card for sure, it'll definitely be cheaper somewhere along the line from now til August. Always wait til later to build a PC since prices drop so much...unless you spot an unbelievable deal of course.
