I don't think they send you an email after you register for the starbucks. If you click on downloads on the left side and then on personal productivity, the offer is there.

However, when I click on it it says I can only do it once and I have never done it before - K761110e

I'm assuming they mail it to you. After I entered the address it just went back to the BlackBerry page, so I guess from there it goes to fulfillment.

You know, I'm not normally paranioid
But for a $5 card, you're giving BBerry some awfully good personal data and linking it to your ESN. With that information and the BBerry network, a marketer knows who you are, where you are, and potentially what your email habits are.

Me, I prefer the relative anonymity of having a phone with a corporate ESN -> I'm not about to let RIM know who I am and where I live.

OK, that's just me, though. My privacy is for sale, just not for a frappucino

I can't remember exactly, but I don't remember giving them my ESN number. I think generally you just give them your name and what model phone you have.
