We bought one of these a while ago, and while it does sometimes come up with some odd routing choices, it seems to be no worse than the competition in that respect. One thing that really surprised us is how well the Bluetooth speakerphone works. My wife opts to use the Garmin rather than her plantronics headset on her commute, and the sound quality sounds a lot better on the other end of the line.
