Free cell phone # lookup?

Anyone know where I can find a free service that will give me the name of the owner of a cell phone #?

I have searched long and hard for a service. I couldn't find a thing that was free, most are some kind of investigative deal and they charge and it still takes like a week. If someone knows where to get it free I'd like to know too.

I used one a couple years ago to find out the number of someone that was getting abusive on the phone. I found out it was an Ex-Girlfriend...

They charged $50, which I paid... but I didn't have SlickDeals at the time!!!
