I have been looking for a cheap microwave for ever!!!

8.4 by 8.4 ?

The are usually wider than tall, and deeper as well. .7 is fairly small as far as microwaves go. Probably 12"W x 11.5"D x 7.8"H

I was just at Linen-N-Things this afternoon, and saw the microwave in their ad, didn't get a chance to look at it. If you get the Sunday paper, you can use the 20% off (paper coupon) to buy the microwave IN STORE, thus avoiding the shipping costs (thus instead paying sales tax). Just know, its $29.99 after rebate (I'm guessing mail in).
